  • 3 cups spicy potato chips
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten, for breading
  • 1 kilo chicken wings, clean
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 guajillo chiles, roasted and soaked, for the sauce
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the sauce

  • Place the spicy potatoes in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin to obtain a fine powder.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed potatoes with the flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the wings by dipping them in beaten egg and the previous mixture until completely covered.
  • Heat a deep pot with oil, fry the wings until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the fryer and place on absorbent paper.
  • For the sauce, blend the guajillo chili with the buffalo sauce, butter, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder until you achieve a smooth sauce. Coat the wings with the sauce, serve, and enjoy.
