Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

  • 2/3 cups hot sauce, for snacks, for the sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt, celery for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons white pepper, for the sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar, for the sauce
  • 500 grams chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 1/2 cups blue cheese
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • For the sauce, in a small pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Let it come to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the wings with the salt, add some of the sauce, and mix.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove from the oven.
  • Mix the wings with the remaining buffalo sauce.
  • Mix the wings with the remaining buffalo sauce.
  • For the dip, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  • Serve the wings with the blue cheese dip.
