These buffalo wings with blue cheese dip are the perfect dish to accompany any sporting event or to serve as a snack at a gathering with friends; they are also very easy to prepare. Give them a try!
1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for the sauce
1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, for the sauce
1/2 teaspoons white pepper, for the sauce
1/4 teaspoons garlic salt, for the sauce
1 tablespoon raw sugar, for the sauce
500 grams chicken wings
1 tablespoon salt
1 package cream cheese, (190 g)
1/2 cups blue cheese
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon mustard

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
For the sauce, in a small pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Let it come to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the wings with the salt, add some of the sauce, and mix.
Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove from the oven.
Mix the wings with the remaining buffalo sauce.

For the dip, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Serve the wings with the blue cheese dip.
