Chicken Boneless

Change the usual breading method with this chicken recipe, perfect for enjoying as a crunchy snack, with delicious creamy and spicy dressing.   • 1 cup McCormick® mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup corn flakes, for breading
  • 1/2 cups tortilla chips, for breading
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, for breading
  • 2 cups chicken fajitas, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup McCormick® mayonnaise dressing, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons salsa macha, for the dressing
  • celery, and carrot, for garnish

  • Mix McCormick® mayonnaise dressing with garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place the corn flakes, tortilla chips, and breadcrumbs in a resealable bag, crush with a rolling pin, and set aside.
  • Dip the chicken strips in the mayonnaise mixture and bread them.
  • Fry the strips over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until cooked, placing them on paper towels to remove excess fat.
  • For the dressing, mix McCormick® mayonnaise dressing, cream, and salsa macha.
