1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoons black pepper, ground
1 kilo chicken wings
1/3 cups Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper on a plate.
Spread the chicken wings with mustard; then, coat them in the crumb mixture. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the wings for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked, turning them after 20 minutes in the oven.
