Chicken Wings with Mango and Habanero

Craving wings? Prepare this recipe, excellent for sharing with your guests. With its sweet and spicy habanero flavor, they will become your favorite wings; you won't be able to resist eating just one, as they are very juicy and flavorful.

1 cup mango
2 Habanero chiles, roasted and deveined
1/4 onions
1 cup mango juice
4 tablespoons raw sugar
salt and pepper
1 kilo chicken wings
celery, for garnish
ranch dressing
vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Blend the mango, habanero chili, onion, and mango juice.
Cook the previous preparation over medium heat for 5 minutes with a little oil, add sugar, season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
Place the wings in a baking dish, pour ¾ of the previous preparation over them.
Bake for 25 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
Remove the wings from the oven and brush with the remaining sauce.
Bake for 7 more minutes uncovered to brown the wings.
Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
