Chicken Wings with Mango and Habanero

Craving wings? Prepare this recipe, excellent for sharing with your guests. With its sweet and spicy habanero flavor, they will become your favorite wings; you won't be able to resist eating just one, as they are very juicy and flavorful.

  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 Habanero chiles, roasted and deveined
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 4 tablespoons raw sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • celery, for garnish
  • ranch dressing
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend the mango, habanero chili, onion, and mango juice.
  • Cook the previous preparation over medium heat for 5 minutes with a little oil, add sugar, season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
  • Place the wings in a baking dish, pour ¾ of the previous preparation over them.
  • Bake for 25 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
  • Remove the wings from the oven and brush with the remaining sauce.
  • Bake for 7 more minutes uncovered to brown the wings.
  • Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
