1/2 cups unsalted butter , melted, for the marinade
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3/4 cups buffalo sauce, spicy
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon salt , celery
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon raw sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
1 tablespoon guajillo chile, powder. (dissolved with a little of the mixture of the previous ingredients.)
1 tablespoon buffalo sauce, traditional
1 teaspoon achiote
3 lemons, just the juice

1 kilo chicken wings, cut in half
oil , for frying
Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the ingredients one by one except for the salt, lemons, and wings. Cook for 5 min. Let cool.
In a bowl, place the clean wings, add salt and the juice of the lemons. Add the mixture and mix well.
Let rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Heat enough oil in a saucepan and add the marinated wings. Cook for 20 to 25 min depending on how golden you want them. Drain and place on a platter.
