Garlic and Parmesan Wings

One of the best snacks to share is undoubtedly a good bowl of wings. That's why we share this Garlic and Parmesan Wings recipe that is not spicy, but has a delicious garlic flavor with a hint of pepper and lemon.

  • 1 head garlic
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter , melted
  • 3 tablespoons lime pepper seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, in flakes
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 kilo chicken wings, clean
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups corn flakes, chopped
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons lime pepper seasoning

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and bake until the cloves soften and you achieve a paste.
  • Place the garlic paste in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise, butter, lemon and pepper seasoning, garlic flakes, Parmesan, and finely chopped parsley. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the wings and sprinkle the garlic, flour, Parmesan cheese, and cereal flakes. Mix well.
  • Bake the wings with a bit of cooking spray for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the wings in the garlic and Parmesan mixture you prepared earlier, sprinkle with more Parmesan and the lemon and pepper seasoning. Serve and enjoy.
