Chicken with Black Olives

Prepare this delicious black olive chicken dish that is very easy to make and tastes great. It's an excellent way to prepare chicken differently that everyone will enjoy.

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cups black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup flour 1 cup flour

  • Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and coat them in flour. Then brown them in oil and set aside.
  • In the oil where the pieces were browned, fry the onion and garlic until they are slightly brown.
  • Incorporate the chicken pieces, the cup of broth, and cook until the chicken is perfectly cooked. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. If necessary, you can add a little more broth to prevent it from drying out.
  • Add the chopped olives and then the beaten egg. Mix gently.
  • Serve accompanied by white or brown rice.
