Chicken with Guajillo Chile and Orange

It’s a delicious dish for parties or gatherings.

  • 4 chicken thighs, or legs
  • 1/2 liters orange juice 1/2 liters orange juice
  • 6 guajillo chiles 6 guajillo chiles
  • 2 pasilla chiles
  • 1 garlic 1 garlic

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • Wash the chicken.
  • Roast the chiles and boil water to let them soak.
  • Once the chiles have soaked, remove the seeds.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend very well.
  • In a pressure cooker, place the chicken with a little oil and fry it.
  • Strain the sauce, pour it over the chicken; close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 30 min.
