Chicken with Guajillo Chile and Orange

4 chicken thighs, or legs
1/2 liters orange juice
6 guajillo chiles
2 pasilla chiles
1 garlic
4 pepper
2 cloves
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch cumin
1 tablespoon white vinegar
salt
Preparation

Wash the chicken.
Roast the chiles and boil water to let them soak.
Once the chiles have soaked, remove the seeds.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend very well.
In a pressure cooker, place the chicken with a little oil and fry it.
Strain the sauce, pour it over the chicken; close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 30 min.
