Chicken with Vegetables in Wok

To combine the rich oriental flavor, prepare this recipe for chicken with sautéed vegetables and a touch of mango in the wok.

  • Cut the breast into strips. Heat the oil in the wok, add the strips seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add the onion and bell pepper. Sauté over high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Incorporate the mango cut into pieces and add the soy sauce. Let cook over medium heat for two minutes.
  • Add the peas.
