Chicken with Vegetables in Wok

To combine the rich oriental flavor, prepare this recipe for chicken with sautéed vegetables and a touch of mango in the wok.

2 chicken breasts, flattened and boneless
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 mango
3 tablespoons soy sauce
50 grams peas, cooked
black pepper
salt

Cut the breast into strips. Heat the oil in the wok, add the strips seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the onion and bell pepper. Sauté over high heat for 2 minutes.
Incorporate the mango cut into pieces and add the soy sauce. Let cook over medium heat for two minutes.
Add the peas.
