200 grams spaghetti
2 boneless chicken breast
300 grams broccoli
300 grams carrot
300 grams pumpkin
5 cloves garlic
2 onions
1/2 cups soy sauce
1/4 tablespoons pepper
1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes in boiling water with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, set aside.
Cut the chicken into cubes and let it rest in soy sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pre-cook the carrots and broccoli in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil, then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, then incorporate the spaghetti.
Cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat, and serve.
