Chinese Spaghetti

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 300 grams broccoli
  • 300 grams carrot
  • 300 grams pumpkin
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoons pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes in boiling water with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, set aside.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes and let it rest in soy sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pre-cook the carrots and broccoli in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil, then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes, then incorporate the spaghetti.
  • Cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat, and serve.
