This dish is my creation, I hope you like it. It is chopped chicken cooked with green herbs that can be served for lunch.

1/2 chickens, chopped without skin
salt , to taste
5 garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon oregano , in leaves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dressing, red
1 tablespoon mustard
5 tablespoons garlic, leek
3 tablespoons parsley , chopped
5 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon celery, spain, chopped
1 bell pepper , medium, diced
1 onion, medium, diced
1 stem chives, chopped
3 tablespoons oil
Preparation

Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic, oregano, soy sauce, red seasoning, and mustard.
Mix well and transfer everything to a covered skillet.
Add the 3 tablespoons of oil and place it to steam fry.
Then, once ready, add all the ingredients and simmer.
Sauté everything until the sauce is creamy. Ready to serve.
