Chopped Chicken with Green Herbs

This dish is my creation, I hope you like it. It is chopped chicken cooked with green herbs that can be served for lunch.

  • 1/2 chickens, chopped without skin
  • salt , to taste
  • 5 garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano , in leaves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dressing, red
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons garlic, leek
  • 3 tablespoons parsley , chopped
  • 5 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery, spain, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper , medium, diced
  • 1 onion, medium, diced
  • 1 stem chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic, oregano, soy sauce, red seasoning, and mustard.
  • Mix well and transfer everything to a covered skillet.
  • Add the 3 tablespoons of oil and place it to steam fry.
  • Then, once ready, add all the ingredients and simmer.
  • Sauté everything until the sauce is creamy. Ready to serve.
