Coconut Chicken with Fine Herbs

If you have a gathering and don’t know what to prepare, this idea is perfect. The chicken is bathed in a coconut sauce with fine herbs. A delight for the palate!

  • 1 envelope Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno fine herbs
  • 950 grams chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cups coconut milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Remove the bag from the packaging, open it, and set aside the tie. Place the chicken breast pieces inside.
  • Pour the Knorr® My Roasted Chicken Fine Herbs seasoning along with the milk and coconut. Close the bag with the tie and mix everything very well to season evenly.
  • Place the bag on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
