Crispy Chicken in Creamy Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter , for buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cups hot sauce, for buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar, for buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt , celery for buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, for buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder , for buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, for buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Best Foods® real mayonnaise
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 eggs , battered
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour, for breading
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch, for breading
  • 1/2 cups corn flakes, ground, for breading
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, for breading
  • 1 cup oil , for frying
  • potato , French fries, for serving

  • For the buffalo sauce, heat a small pot over medium heat with the butter, cook for 15 minutes until it comes to a boil, place the sauce in a bowl and mix with Best Foods® Mayonnaise until very creamy and smooth. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken breasts with the egg, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, mix the flour with the starch, corn flakes, and paprika. Bread the chicken with this mixture.
  • Fry the breasts in hot oil until cooked and crispy on the outside. Drain on paper towels.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken strips and mix well. Serve immediately with French fries.
