In a blender, combine the juice of the lemons, onion, garlic, and pepper. Blend everything and cut the chicken breast into strips, marinate in the juice for 20 minutes, drain, and reserve the juice.
In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, sesame seeds, and add the reserved juice and salt to taste, then whisk.
Coat the chicken breasts in flour and dip them into the batter, then fry until fully cooked.
Serve it with a salad.
