Delicious Mustard Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 chicken breast, cut in halves, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon old style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • bread, for serving
  • vegetables, grilled, for serving
  • oregano, for garnish

  • In a skillet, add the butter and cook the onion over medium heat until it is translucent, add the garlic and rosemary, cook for a couple of minutes, add the chicken, and cook on both sides until golden.
  • Add the chicken broth, cream, mustards, salt, and pepper, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve with bread, grilled vegetables, and garnish with fresh oregano.
