Chicken Cake with Vegetables and Cheese

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® mustard
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup green beans, cooked
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 cups ground chicken
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, mix the whipping cream with the mustard, melted butter, chicken broth, and eggs; add the onion, carrot, green beans, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well. Add the celery, ground chicken, Manchego cheese, and breadcrumbs, and combine well. Finally, add the flour, thyme, and parsley.
  • Grease a cake pan and pour in the mixture you prepared, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Cool, unmold, and decorate with peppers and parsley.
