Chicken Crepe with Green Sauce

250 grams flour
4 eggs
1 envelope sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 liters whole milk
50 grams unsalted butter
chickens, shredded
green salsa
cherry tomatoes , optional, for garnish

Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar with a whisk mixer.
The batter should be smooth but not thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, use a ladle and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
Once the bottom layer of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, gently lift it with a spatula and flip it to brown the other side.
We should repeat the process of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
Once the crepe is ready, fold it in half and spread the shredded chicken in that half.
After that, fold it in half again, resulting in a triangular shape for the crepe.
To serve, place the crepe on a plate, pour the green sauce on top so that it surrounds the crepe; and if you wish, add a cherry tomato for garnish.
