Chicken Crepe with Green Sauce

This recipe is for delicious chicken crepes with green sauce for you to enjoy as a main dish in your meals. Try this new way of eating crepes, enjoy them savory, and even pair them with salad or steamed vegetables.

  • Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar with a whisk mixer.
  • The batter should be smooth but not thick.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
  • To make the first crepe, use a ladle and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
  • Once the bottom layer of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, gently lift it with a spatula and flip it to brown the other side.
  • We should repeat the process of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
  • Once the crepe is ready, fold it in half and spread the shredded chicken in that half.
  • After that, fold it in half again, resulting in a triangular shape for the crepe.
  • To serve, place the crepe on a plate, pour the green sauce on top so that it surrounds the crepe; and if you wish, add a cherry tomato for garnish.
