Chicken in Cream with Chipotle and Almonds

  • Preheat the oven to 180°, seal the chicken with a little butter in a previously heated pan.
  • Blend the cream, cheese, milk, chiles, and almonds.
  • In a baking dish, place the rest of the butter covering the bottom and sides of the dish.
  • Once the chicken is sealed, place it in the baking dish and add all the cream mixture.
  • Place it in the oven for 45 minutes and check every 10 to 15 minutes, basting the chicken with the cream.
