Chicken in Creamy Corn Sauce

  • 30 grams salted butter
  • 500 milliliters chicken broth
  • 4 chicken drumsticks, with thigh
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 milliliters white wine
  • 1 cup cow's milk , evaporated
  • 2 ears corn, de-shelled
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

  • In a pot with boiling water, add the chicken pieces. Cook with a piece of onion, cilantro, garlic, and sea salt.
  • Melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and corn kernels. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix.
  • When the flour is golden, add the white wine. Let it cook until it reduces, then pour in the chicken broth.
  • Blend everything and return it to the pot, pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Coat the chicken with the sauce and add corn kernels.
