30 grams salted butter
500 milliliters chicken broth
4 chicken drumsticks, with thigh
1/4 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
250 milliliters white wine
1 cup cow's milk , evaporated
2 ears corn, de-shelled
2 tablespoons wheat flour

In a pot with boiling water, add the chicken pieces. Cook with a piece of onion, cilantro, garlic, and sea salt.
Melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and corn kernels. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix.
When the flour is golden, add the white wine. Let it cook until it reduces, then pour in the chicken broth.
Blend everything and return it to the pot, pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Coat the chicken with the sauce and add corn kernels.
