6 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
4 pasilla chiles, deveined and deseeded, soaked in hot water
1 tomato, cut into quarters
1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups water

In a pot over medium heat, melt the Primavera® Cooking Margarine without Salt and fry the chicken to seal it until golden brown on all sides.
Blend the pasilla chile, tomato, onion, garlic, water, and 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth thoroughly. Pour this sauce into the pot with the chicken to lightly sauté it.
Lower the heat, cover, and let the chicken cook in the sauce for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Stir constantly to prevent sticking or burning. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
