Chicken Legs in Yogurt Cilantro Sauce and New Potatoes

15 new potatoes
2 cups cow's milk
1/4 onions
2 tablespoons cornstarch
100 grams butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper

Preheat the skillet and add a little butter and a bit of olive oil.
Cut the lower part of the chicken leg bone and set aside.
Cook the new potatoes in cold water for about 15 minutes.
For the sauce, add yogurt, milk, onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper, salt, cornstarch, and blend.
Fry the chicken legs, season with salt and pepper, and add the previous mixture, stir, cover, and let cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the water once they are cooked, cut them into quarters, and add them to the mixture.
Mix, cover, and finish cooking.
