Chicken Meatballs for Baby

Chicken is a very good source of protein, phosphorus, and vitamin B6. This recipe is made with baby oatmeal, it's a version of the classic meatball recipe specially for your baby. What is it for? Chicken will strengthen your baby's immune system and help in the formation of their bones and teeth.

  • 200 grams chicken, ground
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1/3 cups oat cereal, for baby
  • 30 grams cheddar cheese, or parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoons basil, powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Prepare a plate with wax paper.
  • Form small meatballs and place them on the plate.
  • In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Let the meatballs brown.
  • Remove excess fat by placing them on paper towels.
  • Let cool and serve.
