Combine the ground chicken with the chopped onion and garlic cloves, finely chopped cilantro, mustard, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix with your hands.
Form the meatballs and stuff them with half of a boiled egg.
Soak the chiles in hot water, blend them with the garlic and roasted onion. Add the chicken broth, blend again, then add the tomatoes, clove, and cumin. Strain and bring to a boil in a pot.
Place the meatballs in the broth and let simmer over medium heat until cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
