A perfect grill has to have a variety of flavors, that's why I recommend these Chicken Skewers with Pineapple; the pineapple adds a tangy flavor to the impressive chicken.
Slice the chicken breast (into strips and then into cubes).
Cut the onion into large cubes of about 2 x 2 cm (the same size as the chicken).
Season the chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, and pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a skewer and brush it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of chicken, one of pineapple, and one of onion, and so on until the skewer is filled, leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Place on the grill until everything is cooked, being careful not to overcook so that the chicken remains juicy.
Marinate with your preferred dressing, in this case, I used chimichurri sauce and barbecue sauce.
