Chicken Taquitos

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • olive oil
  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 1 kilo goat cheese
  • avocados, to taste

  • In a deep pot, boil the chicken breast with salt for 30 minutes.
  • Then shred the chicken breast in a bowl.
  • Continue by chopping the green pepper into small cubes, slicing the tomatoes, and shredding the cheese as much as possible.
  • In a large skillet, add a little oil, pour in the shredded chicken breast, and try to brown it. After a while, add the bell pepper, tomatoes, and sauté as much as possible; the browning time is about 25 minutes.
  • Start making the taquitos and add the cheese so that the sautéed mixture is well covered with cheese, then put them in the oven for 15 seconds.
