Chicken with Cheese Sauce

  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on the chicken fillets. Then place a slice of ham in the middle and roll it up, heat the oil and fry until completely cooked and golden brown on the outside.
  • To make the cheese cream, place the can of roasted chilies or bell peppers, the cream, the slices of yellow cheese, and a pinch of powdered chicken broth in the blender, and blend everything.
  • When ready, pour it into a preheated saucepan, once it boils, submerge the fillets and let them cook on low heat.
