Wash the chicken pieces well and place them in a pot.
Fry finely chopped onion in a pan, along with the guajillo and ancho chiles (previously hydrated in hot water and dried with paper towels).
Once the chiles and onion are ready, place them in the blender and add the cola, sugar, and chipotle pepper to taste.
Once the ingredients are combined, add the mixture to the pot with the reserved chicken pieces and cook over heat until the chicken is ready. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the bouillon cubes. Adjust the seasoning.
