2 tomatoes, peeled and diced (for the filling)
1 sprig parsley , (for the filling)
1 sprig fresh cilantro, (for the filling)
1/2 chiles, (for the filling)
achiote paste, for the filling
pepper , sweet amount as needed (for the filling)

Prepare the sauté.
Blend the sauté ingredients. Set aside.
Add the hen in eighths to the blended sauté, add the sweet pepper and orange juice.
Cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
Adjust the flavors.
