Ham and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Rolls

  • 12 Manchego cheese, in fingers
  • 1 egg

  • On a cutting board, place the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place a slice of ham, 3 fingers of cheese, and roll it up. Set aside.
  • To bread, beat the egg in a wide container and dip the chicken roll in it, ensuring it is covered on all sides; then bread it on a plate with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
  • In a pan with hot oil, fry the chicken roll over low heat, making sure it cooks at this temperature so that the chicken reaches the correct temperature and is not raw. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • Serve on a plate with sautéed vegetables.
