Italian Chicken with Panela Cheese

Delicious recipe for chicken in tomato sauce that kids will love. It's an Italian recipe that my mom taught me, and everyone in the house loves it. It's an easy chicken recipe.

  • Mix the mustard with the chicken broth, spread this on the pieces of chicken. Fry them in hot oil and set aside.
  • In that same oil, fry the garlic, onion, parsley, and finely chopped carrot.
  • Add the tomato puree, ketchup, oregano, and water.
  • Add the pieces of chicken and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let it season for 15 to 20 minutes. Cover with slices of panela cheese and cover the pot so that the cheese melts, leave on low heat for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve very hot
