Marinated Chicken Breasts

  • Prepare the breasts by making a light, shallow cut so that the flavor of the marinade and seasonings penetrates.
  • Pour the oil into a bowl and mix with the juice of one lemon. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
  • Crush the parsley and garlic on a cutting board or mortar. Sprinkle over the breasts and let marinate in the refrigerator. Preferably for 1 hour or more.
  • Finally, grill the chicken breasts. To check if they are cooked, insert a fork and taste. Serve and sprinkle with paprika.
