The delicious picadillo but this time in a healthier version, without red meat. Enjoy a typical Mexican stew in just a few minutes and with few ingredients.
In a pot, melt the Primavera® Cooking Margarine No Salt and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Then add the meat and cook, stirring constantly to separate it.
Then add the carrot and cook together with the meat for a couple more minutes.
Add the peas and mix them into the mixture, cooking for two more minutes.
Pour in the water and season evenly with Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning, integrating it well. Cook the picadillo for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
