Practical Chicken Picadillo

The delicious picadillo but this time in a healthier version, without red meat. Enjoy a typical Mexican stew in just a few minutes and with few ingredients.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 1/2 kilos ground meat, chicken
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups peas, clean
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 1/2 cups water

  • In a pot, melt the Primavera® Cooking Margarine No Salt and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Then add the meat and cook, stirring constantly to separate it.
  • Then add the carrot and cook together with the meat for a couple more minutes.
  • Add the peas and mix them into the mixture, cooking for two more minutes.
  • Pour in the water and season evenly with Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning, integrating it well. Cook the picadillo for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
