Rice with Squash Blossom and Chicken

  • 1 envelope Knorr ® rice a la poblana
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 zucchini , sliced thinly
  • 1 cup zucchini blossoms, cleaned and disinfected
  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened (cutlets of approximately 120 g each)
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1 cup water

  • In a pot, pour water, milk, and squash blossoms.
  • Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Blend.
  • Season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
  • Add the Knorr® Rice to the Poblana packet.
  • Add Primavera® Cooking Margarine without Salt.
  • Boil and cook on low heat for 7 minutes.
  • Add the zucchini.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes with Primavera® Cooking Margarine without Salt.
  • Add the chicken to the rice.
