1 envelope Knorr ® rice a la poblana
1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1 zucchini , sliced thinly
1 cup zucchini blossoms, cleaned and disinfected
2 chicken breasts, flattened (cutlets of approximately 120 g each)
1 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
1 cup water

In a pot, pour water, milk, and squash blossoms.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Blend.
Season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
Add the Knorr® Rice to the Poblana packet.
Add Primavera® Cooking Margarine without Salt.
Boil and cook on low heat for 7 minutes.
Add the zucchini.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Cut the chicken into cubes with Primavera® Cooking Margarine without Salt.
Add the chicken to the rice.
