  • 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar, for the BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, for the BBQ sauce
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam, for the BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
