Spiced Chicken and Rice

Spiced chicken and rice is a very complete dish, ideal for when you want to cook something quick, simple, and that your family will really enjoy. The spices give the chicken a unique flavor.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® spring rice
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts , flattened (cutlets of approximately 120 g each)
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, powder

  • Cut the chicken into cubes.
  • Grill the chicken with Margarina Primavera® Cooking Without Salt.
  • Add the paprika.
  • Add the paprika.
  • Incorporate the cumin.
  • Add the pepper.
  • Pour the water into the pot.
  • Pour the Knorr® Arroz Primavera into ½ cup of water.
  • Add the oil and mix.
  • Add the chicken to the rice.
  • Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve.
