  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 pound potato
  • celeries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lettuce
  • mayonnaise

  • Boil the chicken breast, and once cooked, shred it.
  • Cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil them.
  • In a bowl, add the chopped lettuce, shredded chicken, and boiled potatoes.
  • In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste, the tablespoon of vinegar, and add it to the remaining ingredients.
  • Chill or serve immediately.
