In a bowl, combine all the mentioned ingredients except for the chicken and mix very well.
The chicken pieces are placed in a bowl, mixed with the marinade, and left to marinate for 2 hours to absorb the flavor, along with the potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
In a preheated skillet, sear the chicken pieces on both sides. Once the chicken is seared, place it in a baking dish along with the potatoes and the leftover marinade. Cover your baking dish with aluminum foil.
Place it in the oven for 1 hour or until the potatoes and chicken are cooked. Do not let the juices evaporate.
Once cooked, remove it and it is ready to serve.
