Enchilada Breasts

  • 1 cube Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 3 guajillo chiles, soaked and seedless
  • 3 tablespoons ground chipotle chile
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 4 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Blend the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning cube with the chiles, garlic, and water.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts with this mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the breasts over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Serve.
