  • 1 kilo tortillas
  • 1/2 tomatillos
  • 1/4 green chiles
  • 1 granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions

  • 1.5 liters cream
  • 1/2 kilos cheese, grated

  • Precook the chiles and tomatoes.
  • Once cooked, blend with the onion and a piece of garlic to prepare the sauce.
  • Season the preparation for about 5 minutes.
  • With the kilo of tortillas and the kilo of chicken, make some tacos by adding shredded chicken to taste.
  • Fry the tacos, making sure they remain a little soft; then dip them in the sauce preparation, serve with cream and cheese, and enjoy.
