  • 1 orange
  • 1 dried chile
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Light the charcoal in the grill and let it heat up until the coals are ready for cooking. Clean the grill and apply a little vegetable oil.
