Grilled Lemon Chicken Legs

Chicken legs marinated with lemon and oregano grilled. A delicious recipe.

  • 8 chickens
  • 2 lemons, its juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • pepper

  • In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
  • In a resealable bag, place the chicken legs and add the marinade. Seal and allow the chicken to marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes (you can leave it overnight in the refrigerator if you prefer).
  • Prepare the grill and heat it to medium-high. Place the chicken legs on the grill and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until they are nicely browned. Flip every 10 minutes.
