Try this KFC style chicken tenders recipe, which are full of flavor and very crispy. Besides being very delicious, they are also very easy to prepare to satisfy your craving.
2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, and in 2 cm strips
2 cups milk, for marinating the chicken
1/4 cups butter, melted, for marinating
2 tablespoons hot sauce, for marinating the chicken
4 eggs, mixed
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon ground pepper
salt
1/4 teaspoons baking powder
vegetable oil
mashed potatoes, to accompany
coleslaw, to accompany
BBQ sauce, to accompany

Mix the milk, melted butter, and hot sauce in a bowl, then add the chicken strips and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Add the egg to a bowl and set aside. Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and baking powder in another bowl, then mix until fully combined. Remove the chicken strips from the milk mixture and dip them in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally back into the flour mixture. Place the chicken tenders on a plate and set aside.
Heat enough oil in a pot to fry the chicken strips. Add the chicken strips when the oil is hot over medium heat and fry for 5 to 8 minutes until golden. Try to keep the temperature not too high to not only brown the outside but also cook the chicken inside. Remove from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve the KFC style chicken tenders on a plate and accompany with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and BBQ sauce.
