Korean Chicken Wings

This version of marinated chicken wings, originating from Korea, will delight you. The wings are marinated in an oriental sauce before being baked, giving them a unique touch.

  • 1 kilo chicken wings, cut in half
  • 3/4 cups soy
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups cola
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped

  • In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cola, and garlic.
  • Place the marinade and the wings in a large resealable bag. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Remove the wings from the refrigerator and prepare a grill.
  • Grill the wings for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
