  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 orange, in crescent shapes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • lime, in slices, for decoration
  • chives, finely chopped, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with the garlic, ginger, honey, lemon juice, thyme, oregano, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sear the thighs on all sides until golden. Add the white wine and let it evaporate, pour in the chicken broth, rosemary, orange, cover, and cook until done.
  • Serve, garnish with scallions and lemon slices.
