Lettuce Tacos with Chicken Breast

These tacos are ideal for a diet, as lettuce is used instead of tortillas.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 limes
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 cup green salsa
  • 1 pinch garlic, in piece
  • 1 pinch onion powder
  • 2 carrots, cut into julienne
  • 2 pumpkins, cut into small pieces

  • Cut the chicken breasts into cubes or strips before cooking. Place them in a skillet with a little olive oil and season with lime, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little green sauce.
  • When the chicken is almost cooked, add the zucchini and carrot.
  • Once everything is well cooked, place a bit in each lettuce leaf.
