It is a very simple dish, but elegant and with a delicious texture, highlighting the flavor of vinegar and cumin; the best part is that anyone can prepare it in just a few minutes.
Sprinkle salt on the chicken fillets and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
Soak the chiles in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Once the chiles are soaked, blend them with the rest of the ingredients and about 1 1/2 cups of water.
Strain the mixture and return it to the pan where we fried the chicken, over low heat, so it thickens a bit and the chicken absorbs the flavor of the marinade.
