Breaded Chicken Breast

A very tasty and easy-to-make milanesa, serve it with broccoli and it will be your favorite and your family's favorite. A very tasty way to prepare chicken and start introducing the flavor of vegetables to the little ones in the family. Breaded chicken breast is simply delicious!

  • 1 chicken breast, cut in half
  • 1 egg
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 package breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli, sliced

  • Slice the 2 halves of the chicken breast into 2, to obtain 4 pieces.
  • Preheat the oil in a pan and heat water in a pot to cook the vegetables.
  • In a plate, beat the egg a little, add salt and pepper, and in another plate have the breadcrumbs spread out.
  • Once the water is boiling, place the broccoli to cook for about 4 minutes.
  • Dip each piece in the egg, covering its entire surface, and let excess egg drain off.
  • Bread each piece on the plate and set aside.
  • Remove the broccoli and let it drain.
  • Fry each piece one by one, lowering the temperature of the pan to low heat, and let them drain on a rack to remove excess oil.
