  • 1 liter white wine
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk

  • Melt the butter, once melted we inject it into the chicken, then the liter of white wine, and finally the milk.
  • FOR THE FILLING: We chop all the vegetables into large pieces and sauté them just until they brown a little along with the ham.
  • We fill the chicken with the above and put it in the oven.
  • FOR THE SAUCE We toast the flour until it takes on a light brown color, we will add a little water (or chicken broth for better flavor) and season.
