500 grams deli ham, thick

1 sprig celery
500 grams butter
1 liter white wine
500 milliliters cow's milk
250 grams flour

Melt the butter, once melted we inject it into the chicken, then the liter of white wine, and finally the milk.
FOR THE FILLING: We chop all the vegetables into large pieces and sauté them just until they brown a little along with the ham.
We fill the chicken with the above and put it in the oven.
FOR THE SAUCE We toast the flour until it takes on a light brown color, we will add a little water (or chicken broth for better flavor) and season.
Once the chicken is cooked, we serve it and drizzle it with the sauce we made earlier.
