Chicken Al Pastor

  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 4 guajillo chiles
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar, or apple
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • salt
  • fresh cilantro

  • pepper
  • onion
  • pineapple

  • Blend the achiote, chiles, orange juice, pepper, garlic, onion, basil, thyme, and vinegar.
  • Strain and marinate for 3 hrs with the breast.
  • Preheat the oven for 5 mins and place the chicken for 30 mins.
